We LOVED working with Rocky Top for our wedding. The food was great, and they were really easy to work with to schedule the tasting, make adjustments if needed, and ensure dietary restrictions were handled. Rocky Top was the exclusive caterer for our wedding venue. At first I was worried about not having a choice, because I feel that catered food frequently disappoints. I was proven very wrong in my worries, firstly at our tasting, where we were provided with full entrees as well as the salad and appetizers we'd put on our proposal-- the food was incredibly flavorful and expertly prepared! The food they provided at our wedding was exactly the same, with no differences in the quality of taste or presentation. They were friendly, professional and quick to respond during the planning process and when we made changes to the menu, and I really appreciated that they helped us work within our budget. We used Rocky Top for our June 2024 wedding and were super impressed! Rocky Top is the partner food vendor for our venue and it is no wonder why. We had an awesome experience with our catering tasting as well as our day-of experience. For passed appetizers we enjoyed the shrimp and grits shooter, chicken and waffles, bruschetta, and pepper steak bruschetta. For entrees we had sundried tomato and ricotta stuffed chicken breast and slow braised beef short ribs. Cheesecake for dessert. All were exceptional! Rocky Top was amazing to work with!! They made the whole process super easy. They have a wide variety of delicious food including vegan options. There was even a box of extra entrees and desserts packed up for my husband and I to take with us after the reception. We thought that was such a nice touch! Everything was so perfect and delicious. We really couldn’t have asked for a better catering company!
